We are looking for a dependable, upbeat, smart and happy intern to manage active sourcing and coordination for a team of Sr. Technical Recruiters. Being an internship; candidates should have less than 1 year of professional work experience.
Primary responsibilities will include sourcing candidates with limited guidance using professional networking sites as well as contacting those leads through 50-60 daily outbound calls per day to gather information and set appointments. Sourcing will be conducted by web research and navigating organizations to uncover appropriate contacts.
This job will have daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly metrics for candidate contacts, appointment setting and lead generation.
We are a tier one vendor for some of the world's largest financial services firms, so due to the frequency of senior-level interactions and exposure to confidential data, the applicant must have thick skin and a well-defined sense of tact.
In addition to a sense of humor, you must have professional phone etiquette and persistence.
This position requires excellent communication skills and the willingness to work cooperatively for a quirky team with a continuously evolving set of priorities.
