Andiamo Partners' History

Andiamo Partners has consistently embraced a long-term view of our partner relationships, focusing on information technology for financial services. Today, the firm has solidified its reputation amongst premier Technology Consulting and Staffing firms for global banks, hedge funds, and other financial institutions.

In late 2003, Patrick and Daniel McAdams set out to build a superior technology staffing and consulting company.  In hand was an innovative plan and a desire to construct a new business model for the industry, one that effectively placed client service and candidate experience at the center of the business process. They believed that this model would prove profitable for them and their clients alike, in  addition to ushering the prestige and respectability that was much needed in the industry.

In November 2003, The McAdams moved into their first office space located in the heart of the financial district at 44 Wall Street, New York, NY.  They occupied a 9 x 9 foot room on the 12th floor of a modest building, with no windows and a shared office staff.

In this office, they laid the foundation of a true recruiting organization; one capable of providing a high-level of expertise and sophistication in recruiting top tier candidates in the  staffing space.

Their success under this client-candidate service model would depend upon their ability to acquire the top recruiting and sales talent in the industry.  From inception, it has been APs’  goal to vigorously train, inspire, and retain these partner employees.

The space has expanded, but the vision remains the same:   Becoming the Number One Technology Recruiting Firm in the Financial Services Sector.

This company is called Andiamo Partners.
